Shipping Policy

At Willamette Oak, we strive to provide a smooth and transparent shipping experience. Since all of our products are made-to-order and fulfilled through our manufacturing partner, Printful, shipping times may vary. Please review our policy below to understand how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.


1. Order Processing & Fulfillment

  • All products are made-to-order and typically take 2–7 business days to be printed and fulfilled before shipping.
  • Orders are fulfilled by Printful, which has multiple fulfillment centers worldwide. Depending on your location and product availability, orders may be shipped from the U.S., Canada, Europe, or other international locations.
  • Orders cannot be modified or canceled once they are in production. Please double-check your details before placing an order.

2. Estimated Shipping Times

Once your order is fulfilled, shipping times depend on the destination:

United States 3–8 business days
Canada 5–10 business days
Europe 5–10 business days
Australia & New Zealand 7–12 business days
International (Rest of World) 10–20 business days

Note: These are estimates and not guaranteed delivery times. Shipping delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs processing, or high seasonal demand.


3. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on product type, quantity, and destination.
  • We may offer free shipping promotions at certain times—please check our homepage or product pages for details.

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after shipment.
  • If your tracking number does not show updates, it may be in transit between fulfillment centers or awaiting a carrier scan.

5. International Shipping & Customs

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on your country’s regulations.
  • Customers are responsible for any customs fees that may be charged upon delivery.
  • Customs processing times can cause additional delays beyond our estimated shipping times.

6. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

  • Lost Packages: If your order has not arrived 30 days after shipment (45 days for international orders), contact us at WillametteOak@gmail.com, and we will work with our manufacturer to resolve the issue.
  • Delayed Packages: If your order is delayed due to high demand, weather conditions, or carrier issues, we appreciate your patience. Unfortunately, we cannot control carrier delays.
  • Stolen Packages: If tracking shows "Delivered" but you did not receive your package, check with neighbors or your local post office. We are not responsible for stolen packages, but you may file a claim with the carrier.

7. Incorrect Shipping Address

  • Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.
  • If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us:
    • We can reship the package, but the customer must cover the additional shipping costs.
    • If the package is not returned, we are not responsible for issuing a refund.

8. Multiple Shipments & Split Orders

  • Some orders may be shipped in multiple packages due to product availability or fulfillment locations.
  • You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment if this occurs.

9. Non-Delivery Due to Carrier Issues

  • If a package is marked as undeliverable or returned due to carrier restrictions, we will attempt to contact you.
  • If a package is returned to our manufacturer due to a carrier issue, we can reship the order at the customer’s expense.
