Return & Refund Policy

Overview

At Willamette Oak, every product is made to order, which means we do not keep stock or warehouse inventory. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or with a misprint. Please read below for details on our return and refund policy.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost. To process a return or refund, follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us Within 7 Days – Email us at WillametteOak@gmail.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue.
  2. Return the Item – If your return is approved, we will provide you with return instructions. Items must be returned in their original condition.
  3. Receive a Replacement or Refund – Once we receive the item, we will issue a replacement or a refund to your original payment method.

Note: We do not cover return shipping costs unless the issue was due to an error on our part.


Wrong Size Orders

Since all items are custom-made upon order, we cannot offer returns or exchanges for ordering the wrong size. Please refer to the size charts on each product page before making a purchase.

If you are unsure about sizing, feel free to contact us before placing your order.


Cancellations & Changes

Orders are processed shortly after they are placed. Because of this, we cannot guarantee cancellations or modifications once an order has been submitted. If you need to make a change, contact us immediately at WillametteOak@gmail.com, and we will do our best to assist you.


Refunds

Refunds will only be issued in the following cases:

  • Your item is damaged or defective
  • You received the wrong item or incorrect print
  • Your order was lost in transit and not delivered

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Ordering the wrong size or color
  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
  • Delays in shipping (estimated shipping times are provided, but we cannot control carrier delays)

Return Required for Refunds:

  • To receive a refund, the item must be returned to us in its original condition.
  • Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund.

Lost Packages

If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local carrier and neighbors. If it has been lost in transit and not delivered, contact us, and we will work with our manufacturer to resolve the issue.
